Omis is a small town located in the Split-Dalmatia county, at the mouth of the river Cetina. It is the centre of Omis riviera and it is surrounded by small villages along the coast and canyon. An additional advantage of its position is a short distance from the towns of Split (21 km) and Makarska (35 km).
